Term used to describe an avout who does not live in a recognized concent either because he or she walked out or was Thrown back, yet does not live as a Saecular. They usually live in a dwelling that has a clock and some type of screen that provides at least the symbolism of a wall and pursue research very much as avout still within the confines of Mathic Society.
